Terms and conditions

1. The service

CashLead, published by Quantum Liquid LLC, links a company's exports (quotes, orders, deliveries, invoices, credit notes, reminders, payments), measures the time intervals in its cycle and calculates quantified findings.

2. Access

Login is through the Lead Account. File upload and the diagnostic open once agreed with the publisher. The price and term are set in the offer accepted by the customer.

3. Your data

The customer remains the owner of its data. It warrants that it has the right to upload the data. It can erase the data at any time. The data processing agreement forms part of these terms.

4. What the results are

The results are calculated from the uploaded files. Their accuracy depends on those files. The cash amounts, margin amounts and amounts concerned are measurements and estimates: they are neither a guarantee of gain nor financial, accounting or legal advice.

5. Availability

The publisher uses its best efforts to keep the service available, with no guarantee of result. The customer keeps its original files.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher's liability is limited to direct damages and to the amount paid by the customer for the service during the previous 12 months. It is not limited in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

7. Termination

The customer can stop using the service at any time and erase everything. The publisher can suspend access in the event of abuse or a security risk.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
